EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
•Graduate
of BS Accountancy Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
•Must
have at least 2-3 years experience in accounting or related work in the real
estate industry

have experience in SAP or NOAH, or any similar system
•Must
have experience in external audit
•Must
have effective oral and written communication skills
