QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years' experience in gaming/sportsbook CRM delivery
At least 5 years' leadership experience
Laser sharp focus on what is important to customers and aligning activities to deliver on this focus
Very focused and assertive - knows how to distinguish and priorities between important and less important tasks.
Can make things happen - takes responsibility and accountability
Experience, interest and aptitude in technology, gaming and sports betting
Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised and process driven
Excellent command of MS Office-package
Excellent command of the English language, writing and speaking.
Great attention to detail and tone of voice.
Amenable to work on shifting, holidays and on-site.
