Description:
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent / Industrial Engineering graduate or equivalent
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required skills: customer service, team leading, mentoring, coaching, handling dispute
Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
Flexible to work in a busy environment
Well-versed in handling complaints and able to draw recommendation based on the dispute
With reliable experience in client management
Must be assertive and has to make wise judgement
Must have good communication skills (comprehension, writing ability and verbal language)
Good to haves: With exposure and actual experience working in Logistics Industry; With experience working in BPO set-up; Knows how to handle transportation side of the business
