EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Bachelors in Human Resources Management, Psychology, IT or relevant degree.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
At least 2-3 years of end to end recruitment background
Hands on experience in various types of interviews (phone, video, face to face)
With strong experience in hiring entry level to executive level roles
Has broad technical knowledge in IT and able to fully understand and explain the job requirements
Has solid experience in sourcing candidates using different techniques
Has excellent communication skills both in oral and written.
