EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology & Computer-related courses/equivalent courses
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• At least two (2) years work-related experience
• Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
• Designs, manages and performs IT functions
• Responsible for monitoring sheet (reception and handling issue management sheets)
• Will handle 1st-2nd level of trouble shooting
• Handles trouble and issue management
• Can identify/analyses the issues
• Will conduct recording and scheduling
• Will conduct client visit from time to time
• Knowledgeable on PC, server, network and infrastructure
• Preferably a generalist
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
