EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
At least 8 years and above experience in the same field; 3 years in managerial post.
Waffer saw, backgrind, dicing, die attached, front/backend
Quality control semicon process (DOE, JMP, SMEA,PSM)
Advantage if with experience as customer focus engineer (client interface)
