Key Responsibilities:
· Understand client requirements and job specifications provided by account executives or clients directly.
· Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
· Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
· Maintain and update the internal candidate database
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
· Provide timely feedback and follow-ups to both candidates and account executives.
· Collaborate closely with account executives to understand hiring priorities and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
· Keep up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
· Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· At least 1 year of experience in recruitment; experience in a headhunting or staffing firm is a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple job orders and prioritize tasks efficiently.
· High attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Goal-oriented and driven by results.
