Lead the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives across Finance & Accounting functions in a BPO/shared services environment.
Serve as the project lead or mentor for Lean Six Sigma projects, delivering measurable business impact (cost savings, quality improvement, risk reduction, etc.).
Partner with operational leads, clients, and technology teams to identify improvement opportunities and co-create solutions.
Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and service level metrics to track efficiency and quality.
Drive automation and digital transformation (e.g., RPA, AI, process mining) in finance-related processes.
Ensure process documentation, compliance, and standardization across geographies and business units.
Lead change management, communication, and training to ensure smooth adoption of process changes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams and delivering CI training sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 6–8 years of experience in process improvement roles directly related to finance and accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or lead capacity,
Deep understanding of finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R) in a BPO or shared services environment.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and driving results.
Knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism)
Understanding of global financial standards (GAAP, IFRS) and controls.
Willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule (US hours), and during PH holidays.
Must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
