About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Analytics and Reporting to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting business decisions by analyzing data, generating insightful reports, and identifying performance trends. You will collaborate across departments to provide data-driven recommendations that improve operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets from multiple sources to support business operations and strategy.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends.

• Present analytical findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define reporting requirements.

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring initiatives.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and dashboards.

• Identify gaps in data collection and recommend improvements in data quality and reporting processes.

• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Preferably a graduate of any Business-related courses or equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analysis

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Has experience with Business Intelligence tools and with project management; exposure to business process projects in a multinational manufacturing company.

• Preferably with ERP experience and knowledge in SQL.
