About the Role:

We are looking for Tooling Engineers to join our team and support the design, development, and improvement of tooling processes such as WEDM (Wire Electrical Discharge Machining) and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining). Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and support WEDM/EDM machinery to manufacture precision parts and tools.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

• Create and analyze technical reports, improvement documents, and process feedback.

• Assist in tooling design and improvements using CAD/CAM software.

• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tooling performance and quality.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of measuring instruments and production tools.

• Support production and tooling processes with a focus on precision and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Management course.

• With or without experience; training will be provided for entry-level applicants.

• Familiar with WEDM or EDM operations and processes.

• Proficient in CAD/CAM software; experience with SolidWorks is a strong advantage.

• Can read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Knowledgeable in using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

• Capable of writing clear and accurate technical and process reports.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
