About the Role:
We are hiring Tooling Technicians to support our production and quality teams in inspecting, maintaining, and monitoring tooling components. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality inspection and be familiar with standard measuring tools and inspection procedures used in a manufacturing or machining environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspection of tools and components using appropriate measuring devices.

Ensure accuracy and conformance of tooling parts to specifications and standards.

Operate and maintain tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments in proper working condition.

Record inspection data and prepare basic reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Support engineers and toolmakers in tooling maintenance and improvement initiatives.

Follow safety and quality protocols during inspection and handling of tools.
Minimum Requirements:

At least a high school or vocational graduate.

With at least 1 year of experience in quality inspection or related technical field.

Knowledgeable in using measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.
