Position Details: Production Sr. Engineer – P-Touch

 About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned and goal-driven Production Senior Engineer – P-Touch to oversee and improve production processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving efficiency, maintaining quality, and leading improvement initiatives within the production area. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers who are passionate about operational excellence in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production activities related to P-Touch manufacturing, ensuring output, quality, and productivity targets are met.

• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives for cost reduction, efficiency, and quality enhancement.

• Apply QC tools (Basic and New) for data-driven problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in production, quality, maintenance, and planning to ensure smooth operations.

• Supervise production line performance and provide coaching or guidance to line leaders and operators as needed.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports using MS Excel, and present findings or proposals to management.

• Monitor compliance with safety standards and production protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in the use of Basic and New QC Tools (Pareto, Fishbone, Control Charts, etc.).

• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, charts).

• Willing to be assigned to hands-on production process roles and lead improvement projects.

  • Knowledgeable in Macro is an advantage 

  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
