About the Role:

Hands-on and technically strong IT Supervisor (Associate Process Manager – Technology Services) to lead infrastructure operations focused on Windows server environments and support critical IT systems and services. This role involves managing physical and virtual servers, handling cloud resources, and maintaining cybersecurity protocols.

You’ll supervise day-to-day IT operations, ensure high system availability, and work closely with infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity teams—all while working onsite on a rotating shift schedule.

 Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems (2019/2022)

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and server roles

• Administer AWS, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365 licenses

• Configure Trend Micro EDR policies and Forcepoint DLP & proxies

• Support and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

• Perform system upgrades, patching, and backups

• Ensure disaster recovery readiness and documentation

• Implement and enforce system security protocols and compliance

• Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, and development teams on technical projects

• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience as a system/server engineer or IT lead

  • Expert knowledge of Windows Server environments

  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, Group Policy

  • Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V

  • Skilled in MS Intune, O365 administration, and license management

  • Knowledge of SolarWinds, QRadar, or other monitoring tools

  • Familiar with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, DHCP)

  • Bonus: Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms

  • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills

  • Certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, AWS, etc.
