Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in international trade operations? Join our dynamic team as Impex Staff and take charge of coordinating the entire import/export process—ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely international shipments.

Role Overview:

As an Impex Staff, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end import/export process—from documentation and customs clearance to transport coordination and compliance. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all stages of international shipments—from inquiry to final delivery

  • Prepare and manage documentation for shipping, customs, and regulatory compliance

  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners to track and monitor shipments

  • Ensure timely delivery and coordinate with the warehouse team on shipment arrivals

  • Communicate with customs, suppliers, and external stakeholders to resolve documentation or shipment issues

  • Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance

  • Stay current on trade regulations, tariff schedules, and customs procedures

  • Verify certificates, licenses, and other documents to prevent fraud

  • Implement SOPs and digital tools to streamline documentation processes



Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, or related field

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations

  • Solid knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation

  • Familiarity with global shipping and logistics coordination

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage issues in compliance and transport

  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant logistics software


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of work experience in a similar role

  • Can work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong leadership and “take-charge” attitude
