Job Description:

• Lead the accounting department ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Manage high volume workload with minimal supervision

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and results to management

• Coordinate audits and ensure smooth financial processes

• Utilize SAP Business One for accounting functions (preferred)

• Support budgeting and financial planning activities

Qualifications:
✔️ Graduate of BS Accountancy
✔️ Preferably CPA
✔️ Minimum 5 years experience as Accounting Head or Manager
✔️ Knowledge of SAP Business One is an advantage
✔️ Background in construction industry is a plus
✔️ Proficient in MS Office applications
✔️ Strong communication skills, especially in presenting financial analyses
✔️ High level of integrity and good moral character
✔️ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
