We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with hands-on experience in cold storage operations within a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing the storage, inventory, and movement of raw materials and packaging supplies, ensuring alignment with production requirements and strict adherence to food safety standards.

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control
Ensure proper cold chain storage conditions are maintained for sensitive materials
Monitor accurate inventory flow following FIFO/FEFO principles
Enforce GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards in all warehouse activities
Lead regular inventory cycle counts and support monthly reconciliation
Coordinate with Production, QA, and Procurement teams to meet operational schedules
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper zoning of storage areas
Support documentation and compliance during internal and external audits
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
Experience:
3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
Preferably experienced in cold storage or food manufacturing (ice cream/dairy is a plus)
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of inventory systems and cold chain management
Familiar with food safety and warehouse documentation requirements
Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Willing to work full-time in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
