Work Location: Field-based (North NCR & South NCR coverage)We are seeking a Business Development Supervisor to lead and grow our ice cream division across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. This field-based role is perfect for a driven sales professional with proven success in ice cream, beverage, or cold chain FMCG sales.
The ideal candidate thrives in the field, has strong leadership skills, and can manage daily sales operations, account development, and trade execution across NCR territories.
Handle and support booking salesmen for direct GT and MT accounts
Oversee field salesmen and roving merchandisers to meet monthly sales targets
Conduct store visits and trade checks to ensure sell-through and visibility compliance
Generate new business by expanding account coverage and identifying leads
Monitor daily sales performance and guide teams to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with regular visits and follow-ups
Execute trade marketing activities and ensure brand visibility at the store level
Support inventory accuracy, trade asset deployment, and regular stock counts
Attend trade events, customer meetings, and industry activities
Conduct competitor analysis, product performance reviews, and sales forecasting
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in field sales or business development in ice cream, beverages, or FMCG
Proven success in handling both GT and MT channels
Experience managing field teams and ensuring sales KPIs are met
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficient in client management, sales monitoring, and route planning
Other Requirements:
Willing to travel regularly across North and South NCR
Solid understanding of cold chain logistics and store-level execution
Must have a strong track record in achieving sales growth and account development
