Position Details: SCM Manager & Import-Export (ImpEx) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, logistics, inventory, demand planning)

• Optimize supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, finance)

• Implement and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance

• Ensure alignment with production and sales forecasts

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills

  • Experience with ERP systems and data-driven supply chain planning
