Position Details: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee the complete flow of goods, services, and information from suppliers to customers. This role covers inventory management, import/export compliance, logistics coordination, and supplier performance. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and KPIs

• Manage end-to-end import/export processes and ensure regulatory compliance

• Oversee inventory levels and logistics operations

• Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance

• Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, customer service) for smooth operations
  

  Qualifications:

   

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, or related field

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, especially in import/export operations

  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex logistics and compliance issues
