Position Details: Accounting Supervisor – Revenue

Looking for experienced professionals from the real estate (RE) industry, especially horizontal projects

Join our team as an Accounting Supervisor – Revenue, and play a key role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition and accounts receivable (AR) monitoring for our growing real estate projects.

Qualifications:

CPA is preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue recognition and AR monitoring at a supervisory or officer level

Background in the real estate industry, especially in horizontal developments (e.g., subdivisions, land dev)

Preferably with experience supervising a team

Key Competencies:

Strong knowledge of revenue cycle, billing processes, and AR analysis

Ability to lead and mentor staff, while ensuring accurate financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP tools is an advantage
