Position Details: Business Development Officer

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Business Development Officer to join our growing real estate team. This is a key role for candidates with a strong background in market analysis, project feasibility, and stakeholder engagement within large-scale or nationwide developers (e.g., Amaia or similar).

Qualifications:

Graduate of a Business-related course (e.g., Business Management, Economics, Marketing)

At least 5 years of experience in Business Development with a real estate developer

Strong in market research, feasibility analysis, and stakeholder management

Must have experience working with major/nationwide real estate companies

Excellent in verbal and written communication
