Real Estate Development | Housing Projects Focus

We are looking for a seasoned, strategic, and forward-thinking Controller to join our leadership team. This is a highly confidential executive role ideal for a results-driven CPA with extensive real estate industry experience, strong leadership presence, and a future-focused approach to finance and operations.

Key Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

25+ years of total experience in the real estate development sector

At least 10 years in a Controller or similar senior finance capacity

Extensive exposure to housing development projects and operations

Core Expertise:

Proven track record in crafting financial strategies and models

Strong background in Business Systems, Intelligence, and ERP sourcing/implementation

In-depth understanding of joint ventures, startups, and capital structuring

Direct experience handling regulatory audits (BIR, SEC, LGU)

Leadership & Vision:

Demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership, capable of driving growth and transformation

Skilled in managing, mentoring, and leading Millennial and Gen Z teams

Strong presentation and communication skills, able to engage C-suite and board-level discussion

Preferably not more than 50 years old
