- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse)
- Experience: Preferably with at least 1-3 years’ experience on the same field (Fresh graduate can apply)
- Work Sched: Mondays-Saturdays (Shifting)
- Salary Range: Above minimum with allowances
Job Description:
- Performs registered professional nursing services within the context of current nursing practices.
- Accompany the patient to the nearest hospital under the order of the doctors (if any) for further medical evaluation and management; respond to emergency cases within the workplace and prepare an appropriate.
- Takes charge of handling the requisition, safekeeping, and maintaining the inventory of medicines, medical supplies, equipment, and such, and shall act as property custodian.
- Responsible for the preparation of the annual physical examination (APE), drug testing, and other medical activities.
- Shall act as a property custodian with regard to the company uniforms, shoes, hairnet or cap, bunny suit, etc.
- Monitors, checks, and recommends amendments to clinic forms, when necessary, with the approval of the immediate superior.
