Manages and grow the company’s business in the entire Philippines
Provides directions to all sales personnel and ensures proper management of accounts which include product distribution, promotional campaigns and effective merchandising
Creates sales strategies and conceptualizes business building programs that will generate incremental business for the company and for the trade partners
Takes charge of sales forecast in the entire Philippines. Analyzes performance vs required budget
Cost-efficiently manages the whole country by evaluating and analyzing the total sales operation and trade spending of the company and distributors as well
Develops business plans and effectively implements them
Maintains and expands customer base by continuous monitoring performance of the team, increasing business opportunities such as new accounts, new channel of distribution and other potential markets that will contribute to the company’s growth
Helps manage the Regional Distributors, DSMs, and other Key sales personnel in the area
Interfaces with other functional departments (Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, HR) to drive key processes and aligns with total company objectives
Executes & monitors brand strategies & plans
Reviews & develops performance of Sales team in the entire Phils.
Trains & provides coaching to Salespeople to maintain a highly motivated sales force
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 10 years extensive experience in FMCG industry handling both Modern trade and Distributors.
Good motivator: ability to motivate people despite so many challenges
Innovative thinker: ability to innovate from traditional to something new that will have a positive impact on total business
Good listener: value team feedback and able to find immediate solutions to certain issues
