Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experienced with Service Desk or similar tool required.
At least with Six Sigma Background (Yellow or Green Belt) is a plus.
2 to 4 years’ experience in customer service and/or business process and quality assurance
At least 2 years of experience as a Power BI analyst with foundations in data mapping/analysis and data modelling
Excellent email writing skills, specific to customer facing interactions.
Experience in coaching and training individuals or groups required.
Ability to negotiate change across organizational/firm boundaries and influence others outside of own work group. Adept at networking and building relationships with all levels of management and staff.
Demonstrated ability with the design and application of innovative ideas, developing creative solutions and motivating a team to share knowledge and complete tasks on time.
Experience deconstructing and writing complex DAX measures, and performance optimization
Exposure to SSAS Tabular data models; Experienced with SQL Server and T-SQL
Exposure to client facing reporting and Power BI Embedded highly regarded
Experience working with an agile development team (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) highly advantageous
Financial services industry experience highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) including solid documentation skills and presentation skills
