  • B.S. / B.A in Business, Advertising and Marketing preferred or at least 4-year college degree holder


  • Must be proficient in various computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Ability to understand and analyze complex processes quickly and accurately

  • Organized, process-driven, and with a great level of attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects that will be assigned from time to time

  • Has a strong work ethic and possesses a can-do attitude when faced with challenges

  • Ability to liaise with any company personnel regardless of designation or role locally or overseas

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural working environment (i.e., Hong Kong, China, USA, Australia, Singapore etc.)

  • Familiarity in working with a sales tech stac

  • Have experience using Email Marketing Automation or Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klenty, etc.

  • Strong experience in building email copy for email sequences, cadences, and one-off emails.

  • Background in improving email deliverability, familiarity with senders authentication, senders reputation.

  • Have excellent experience in telemarketing in generating MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead)

  • Minimum of 1-year related experience, with prior sales, experience a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.

  • Strong computer skills in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Knowledgeable in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Social Media Platforms

  • Have a background in building content for email or the website.

  • Knowledge or background in PPC and SEO. o Experience in using MOZ, AHREF, or SEMrush Required Skills

  • Strong Communication skills: Efficient, Effective, and Timely transfer of information and responses.

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills

  • Excellent in both written and spoken English language

  • Basic to advance working knowledge of computer systems

  • Has basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
