EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent / Industrial Engineering graduate or equivalent


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Required skills: customer service, team leading, mentoring, coaching, handling dispute

  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent

  • Flexible to work in a busy environment

  • Well-versed in handling complaints and able to draw recommendation based on the dispute

  • With reliable experience in client management

  • Must be assertive and has to make wise judgement

  • Must have good communication skills (comprehension, writing ability and verbal language)

  • Good to haves: With exposure and actual experience working in Logistics Industry; With experience working in BPO set-up; Knows how to handle transportation side of the business
