QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Education and Training: Production, engineering, business administration
At least 20 years of experience in the production of corrugated boxes and materials, bubble plastic materials and other packaging products: REQUIRED
Technical Skills: Manufacturing operations managers are skilled in operating and examining production equipment for faults
Project Management Skills: They are able to handle a manufacturing process to ensure timely and cost-effective production
Organizational Skills: They are adept at coordinating the different stages of manufacturing to ensure seamless operations
Other Skills/Experiences: Finance (BIR Audits / Requirements / SSS), Sales, Customers Services, and Strategic Consulting
