Position Details: CRM Marketing Team Lead

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years' experience in CRM (i.e. one to one marketing - a must) with emphasis on experience from a B2C service company

• At least 2 years' experience leading teams and reporting upwards to senior stakeholders

• Experience in email marketing tools, campaign management tools and promotions planning

• Experience of CRM execution in gaming or sport betting companies is a big advantage

• Hands on capabilities and sharp analytical mind

• Highly organized, meticulous and process driven

• Experience, interest and aptitude in technology; knowledge in MS office applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of the English language, writing and speaking

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Marketing or equivalent

• Amenability to work on shifting schedules and holidays
