As a Client Services Officer, you will be part of the team providing support for the Manila office. You will provide above and beyond service to customers and ensure each interaction results in a great customer experience. You will answer all customer inquiries made through the customer service hotline, and respond to all customer requests and forward to pertinent departments within the company. You will make post settlement calls and work closely with all stakeholders including valuers, mortgage insurers and business partners to maintain excellent service levels.
Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business-related course
Minimum of 2 years of experience dealing directly with customers on the phone
Experience with an Australian Mortgage account is highly preferred
Highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
Excellent customer service orientation.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
