The Reporting and Budget Manager is in-charge of the Financial Statements. He/she is responsible for the numbers reflected on all General Ledgers in the financial statements. He/she is responsible for reviewing financial statements and performance reports, leading audit activities, and assisting departments with annual budgets and reviews. He/she is also responsible for monitoring compliance to approved budgets. His/her focus also includes accounting/regulatory compliance and practices of the group.
Qualifications/Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA certification;
- Thorough understanding of current compliance regulations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to use a variety of accounting software
- High attention to detail
- Highly skilled in budgeting and bookkeeping
- Excellent financial and analytical abilities
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional business acumen
Experiences
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial leadership position;
- Previous experience managing finance and accounting functions;
- Experience drafting reports and preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Experience navigating through complete technical research required;
- Strong proficiency in SAP or other software required
