QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• With knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• With knowledge and experience of PEZA processing and documentation is an advantage.
• Accommodates customer’s inquiries by telephone and email.
• Provide price quotation to customer.
• Prepares purchase order to suppliers using SAP system.
• Follow-up calls/email to confirm order and delivery dates.
• Ensures accuracy and timely processing of purchase orders by coordinating with suppliers.
• Input sales order using SAP system and ensure that orders are processed in line with customer’s delivery requirements.
• Maintaining good relationship with existing customers.
• Handles customer complaints.
