EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

 

     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering course

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

     Preferably with 5 years of work experience in semicon as QA / Production Supervisor or Process Engineer

     Manage large amounts of incoming calls

     Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

     Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

     Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
