EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

 

 

  •      Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

     Must have at least 6 months work experience 

     Provides efficient and professional administrative support to Admin and operations Department.

     Manage front office operations.

     Acts as Receptionist and Security Officer.

     Maintain weekly schedule for employees.

     Acts as Time Keeping custodian.

     Monitor the company/site CCTV.

     Maintains office supply inventories.

     Initiate purchase requisition.

     Ensures preventive maintenance for operation's equipment.

     Distribute correspondence and memos.

     Plan and organize meetings and events.

     Liaise with local authorities.
