QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Must have at least 6 months work experience
• Provides efficient and professional administrative support to Admin and operations Department.
• Manage front office operations.
• Acts as Receptionist and Security Officer.
• Maintain weekly schedule for employees.
• Acts as Time Keeping custodian.
• Monitor the company/site CCTV.
• Maintains office supply inventories.
• Initiate purchase requisition.
• Ensures preventive maintenance for operation's equipment.
• Distribute correspondence and memos.
• Plan and organize meetings and events.
• Liaise with local authorities.
