Position Details: PC Administrator

Location: Cebu, Cebu

Salary Range:




·     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree




·     Maintain inventory in good condition, and also maintain the relevant records accurately - Handling cash and cheques - Banking - Issue documentation as per the legislative requirement (i.e. invoice, official receipts, etc.)

·     Liaise with the accountant for collecting and delivering reports and the relevant documents

·     Liaise with courier company/Logistic Assistant for timely delivery of goods to customers

·     Liaise with freight company/custom broker for goods collecting and custom clearance

·     Answering customer enquiry

·     Able to work independently (i.e. under no supervision)

·     Complying to the company policies and legislation at any time

·     Knowledge/working experiences:  Computer knowledge is a must (i.e. Excel and Word)

·     Minimum 2 years office experience and warehousing experience

·     Healthcare background preferred
