Position Details: MEPFS Designer

Description:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

 

•     Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or Mechanical Engineering course or equivalent

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

·       At least (2) two years work-related experience in office construction fit-out/renovation or related work.

·       Excellent drafting/drawing skills on Architecture Project and Design

·       Proficient in 3D Max, AutoCad, Sketch Up, MS Office and the like

·       Experience in Architectural Interior Design and Office Fit-out

·       Designs air-conditioning ducting & ventilation system, fire-protection system, plumbing & sanitary pipelines of office spaces for renovation and/or complete fit-out construction.

·       Take direction from Senior Architect/Designer, engineers and executives to research drawings, catalogs and sketches to develop detailed dimensioned AutoCAD drawings

·       Coordination with Project Manager before, during, and after construction

Assist Senior Designer in developing concept
